The hotel had a convenient location for visiting our children, but the rooms needed refurbishing and were not clean upon arrival. The service, however, was unexpectedly helpful and attentive towards making our daughter's day special. The dining options were limited, but the location was easily accessible to Greenville, even though it was a bit distant from the main attractions in the area.
The hotel's rooms were in desperate need of refurbishing, especially the bathroom which smelled of cigarettes and was dirty beyond belief. After encountering feces on the toilet, a sink that wouldn't drain, and a bed with just a fitted sheet and duvet, my one-night reservation became a nightmare.
